Picked up some Wyrmwood vaporware dice that were on sale. No regrets, so pretty.

Ran a Marvel Multiverse one-shot. My main takeaway is that more TTRPGs need actions you can take on other people's turns to help them. Everyone was paying way more attention when it wasn't their turn. My other takeaway is that multiple powers with minute differences are confusing and boring.

Well 2024 was a learning experience when it came to running a TTRPG nonprofit. We donated material to lots of great programs out there, but fell just short of crossing the goal of 1000 students. We expect to grow significantly in 2025 which means it's time to learn fundraising!

Anyone know of any TTRPGs that use a gameflow chart like this? It's from a reddit post talking about tables of contents, which I don't think this is a good replacement for. But it is a great flowchart to help guide a GM. So, any games that have great charts like this? www.reddit.com/r/osr/commen...

I keep buying books for TTRPGs that I've never gotten to the table. Do I have a problem? Lie to me.

Aww yeah, now I can play a priest that's a duck. Ya know, some sort of quack healer.

I started a blog, there is one post. Don't read it. I don't know what I'm doing. www.taldustavern.com/blog/the-tee...

Found this Galactic Aliens book by Alan Frank at the used book store. What a great book to pull inspiration from.

How the heck does everyone in the OSR space find time to write massive volumes of text for blogs, publications, and more? It boggles my feeble mind. Does nobody in this space sleep? Actually, that might explain some of the content...

Hello Bluesky! Room for another indie author? I’m B.C. Licht, creator of Legends of Galhalla. Join me for WIP sneak peeks, burnt out millennial musings, and all things queer. Much love, friends 🌈 a.co/d/90VylYT

Oooh got my Triangle Agency kickstarter stuff! Covers look great and I like the little cheatsheet on the box. I like the aesthetic of the paper which is matte and sort of old school feeling. Unfortunately I hate touching it, touching the game literally makes me uncomfortable lol. Bug...or feature?

I enjoyed working on PolyMon for the Polymorph jam so much I decided to finish it up completed and actually publish it as my first TTRPG. Here is the cover art done by the wonderfully skilled @curatrix-ribston.bsky.social

TTRPG idea: Play as a gang of mook criminals trying to operate in a city protected by a batman-esque vigilante.

Someone at my LGS was getting rid of a bunch of old Dragon Magazines and some AD&D adventures and splat books. Can't wait to look through them.

Nice, low level holiday themed DCC modules! www.kickstarter.com/projects/mcf...

A big thanks to The Arcane Library for their donation to Let's Quest. Now we can share it's awesomeness with school and library TTRPG programs in need!

Ran Eat the Reich by @rowanrookanddecard.bsky.social for the first time down at my LGS. Needed some enemy cards so I whipped some up. All the players had a blast. One of our players had never played a TTRPG and it was a great first experience for them.

It will be a real bummer is Scavenger's Reign does not get picked up for a season 2. It's a must watch for anyone out there running or writing SciFi TTRPGs in my opinion.

Got to be part of my friends first ever time DMing! It was also my first ever time playing ShadowDark. It was a great group of players and he did an awesome job running us all through the game and dungeon. I've added SD to my cycle of games I want to one-shot at my LGS. Fun time at Tampa NerdCon

I have this shirt by Ugis Berzins and it is probably my favorite shirt I own. Everyone should get one so we can high five each other in public. futurelandfillpress.storenvy.com/collections/...

Very excited to start up running a series of one-shots at my LGS. I am going to do Eat the Reich for the first one. Anyone have any recommendations on follow-ups? I've got a collection to pull from, but I love adding new games!

October turned out to be the biggest month for Let's Quest. We donated to 17 different schools/libraries whose #TTRPG programs service a total of 304 students. That's 304 students with a safe place to game whose programs don't have to worry about having enough materials to support their players!

I think I've landed on the final layout for the PolyMon character sheets. Hopefully it feel like a character sheet for a game inspired by monster catching cartoons.
