Marche du Nain Rouge needs some workshopping. Everyone wears wacky costumes (Cool!) There's a parade/procession down Second (Cool!) It lasts about 20 minutes, and then a guy gives a strange five minutes speech on the state of affairs in Detroit and everyone leaves (Room for Improvement)
