Today's cocktail nerd complaint - all the Old Fashioned cocktail graphics in Canva include a cherry and/or orange wedge.

I was so disturbed when a distillery where I used to live put a green label on their bourbon and a red one on the rye.

Using city vehicles to block Harvard Square streets for a festival seemed really clever until we realized it's actually because they're more effective at stopping mass murderers with cars. I hate that I live in a world where I have to have thoughts like that.

This is an awesome story and a great read too, very well written. I love a good turn of phrase, and this has a bunch of them.

To say I was surprised by the origin of ‘May the 4th be with you’ would be an understatement
