TW A month ago I was so depressed. So hopeless, working a job that triggered my ptsd daily. I wanted to die. One night I locked myself in my room threatening to end it all. I hit rock bottom. I saw no point in anything. I thought if this is life, then I don’t want it. I’m glad I didn’t do it.

Just finished my first week! It’s definitely a lot, and some of it is pretty nerve wracking. Am I going to know the best way to provide support or respond to situations correctly? But I also adore it. I love my clients. My Friday groups are a riot and I got lucky to support a cooking group!
