Hi everyone! Since Bluesky regards my workout posts as spam, I will not be posting here anymore. 🙃

I knew it! You know why? Bc he was showboating about it too much when it happened AND he wouldn’t show the “wound” immediately after. Also, a lack of details from doctors who “treated” him. So many things were red flags on this.

Chest and triceps are complete. Instead of having front delts on chest day, rear delts on back day, and side delts on arm day, I’m going to put them in their own separate day. And instead of a separate arm day, I’m going to do triceps before chest day and biceps before back day. 💪🏼 #hairychest

The snow was a little on the icy side yesterday, but still a blast! It’s one of the things I look forward to all week (besides working out) that keeps me going ☺️ ❄️

Leg day complete! Leg curls, stiff leg DL, with alternating curls & extensions & of course standing calve raises! I did a “re-feed” day, but then messed up a second day. But on the bright side, if I lock in for the next two weeks, I should remain on track to start bulking again. 🍕☺️ #dietbomb

Arm day complete! Today is a re-feed day at maintenance calories to reset my body, so that I can finish these last two weeks of dieting strong. I’m trimming the fat I accumulated during my bulk, not necessarily for looking shredded. My main goal this year is size. 🙌🏻 #armday #beards #hairychest

Leg day complete! Feeling good! And to all the calf police out there, YES, I exercise the calf’s. 🤷🏻‍♂️ In fact 3-4 times a week. I use a loaded-up safety squat bar with a riser under my feet and then switch to burnouts in single leg calf raises. I do calf’s more than any other muscle group. 💯

Oh god yes! Arm day complete! Waist is trimming down, but I still have a ways to go! I used the curl bar for the biceps, cables for the triceps, dumbells for the side delts, and dumbells for the forearms. A very productive arm day today 🔥 #hairychest #beard #armday
