So getting into ketosis was easier than I thought. It was a rough 6 days or so, I’m on day seven and I was 183 and now I’m 180. So some progress has been made. My goal weight is 145 I don’t think I’ll reach it in 3 months, but I’ll do my best.

Guys! I did it!! I’m in ketosis!! I have these little test strips that you pee on to check the level of ketones in system. Ketones happen when you burn fat instead of sugar. Meaning I’m burning my tummy and thighs and all the fatty parts of my body!! Yay!! :D
