Several clients asked me today about the IRS and if DOGE will affect their tax filing or refunds. The general public is aware at least of what's happening.

There are SO MANY great tax preparers out there. I urge you to take the time to find one, and then communicate with them. As many of you know, I do a lot of clean-up—skimping on establishing a relationship with your tax preparer can result in a lot of mistakes and headaches.
