My wife has maintained our desert yard for 5 years, doing everything by hand. She loves it and results are gorgeous. Every neighbor uses a service that hack and blow with their gas-powered equipment that’s incredibly noisy, smells and is an allergic reaction trigger every time #gardening #arizona

This morning saw a car-burro collision. Donkey dead, but wow did he do a number on the front end of that car. This was not out in the sticks, but on one of our communities main drags. Be careful out there. The burros are invading! 😆 #arizona

Buyer’s home inspection today. Not overly concerned since only 5 years old, the house's plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, foundation, roof, & appliances are all in great shape. One time had a buyer submit a laundry list of cosmetic and routine Items. Nixed the sale so hope no repeat this time
