An NYT op-ed today by a Russian journalist, says Putin sees the election of Trump as a nail in the coffin of America as a great world power. Putin may be wrong but the larger point bears thinking about, namely that, as we learned in the aftermath of 9/11, Ameircan stupidity is easy to weaponize.
