I feel like as a society we have to pretend that a lot of people aren’t stupid and just have ✨ different opinions ✨ But actually they really are stupid and we just need to be okay with confronting that.

One thing I've had to accept about myself over the years is I require more rest days. For whatever reason, I'm prone to frequent burnout. So for 2025, rather than beating myself up, I'm just allowing myself to take things day to day and not force a schedule on me. Just doing my best out here ☺️

I have just changed my working hours from full time to Monday - Thursday. Yesterday was my first non-working Friday. I spent it learning guitar and building a Lego bonsai set while drinking a couple of beers, and being in bed at 5pm. I woke up this morning and felt like a new person.
