My taekwondo master Grandmaster Cooley passed away today. He had a profound impact on my life and always believed in me. He taught me how to push myself and the competitive mindset I know today. He was legit like family to me. I will miss him.

I was not feeling up to kendo today but I forced myself to go anyways. Im glad I forced myself. Learned a lot and really got some one on one time with one of the senseis. Im finally practicing other strikes Kotei, Do and Yakudo. And worked on maintaining the center.
