The Jalapeño Peach chicken was a hit. The jalapeño I used wasn’t real spicy, so it was just enough kick to balance the sweetness of the peaches. Would definitely make again, with some modifications. Like slicing or butterflying the chicken breast.

Just had to buy a new pair of eyeglass organizers to accommodate my latest purchases. So now I have four of these things (they each hold 5 pair) and that’s not even all my sunglasses. I don’t put my high dollar ones in these cases and I have a few of those.
