If anyone ever wants to see a Flemish (the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium) movie - The Broken Circle Breakdown is now showing on Mubi. It's been about 10 years since I've seen it, but it's really heartfelt and emotional, and has some of Flanders' top acting talent. mubi.com/en/be/films/...

Really enjoyed Godzilla vs. Hedorah (1971)! There's a dancing and kung-fu-ing Godzilla, funky music, rad fight scenes, animaton intermezzos, amazing direction, beautiful shots - and it's just so much fun! (Godzilla also rearranges Hedorah's guts, but not in a hot way.) This film absolutely fucks 🔥
