Wind is rough. Not my favorite. Running in extreme cold is dangerous. You’re wise to stay indoors.
I watched the 2018 Boston Marathon and dang. That was brutal. 🥶

I’m from Chicago, so I can relate!! I’m also hot weather wimp. Ugh. I love 40°-50° weather for running.
What part of Michigan? I spend many happy summer days in the southwest part of the state.

Hiking anywhere, but Yosemite is pretty awesome.
Long runs. So hard but so incredibly fun and rewarding.
Smiles from strangers.
A waggy-tail dog greeting you like you’re their best friend.

I might finally read it this year. My impression of MOBY DICK comes from a high school friend reading it at lunch. She’d say “I hate this book” over and over and over. 🙃

I always love a good mystery. Tana French is one of my favorite authors.
Memoirs are another favorite. I recently finished listening to Lisa Marie Presley’s book.

My year-old garbage disposal is already broken. The company that installed it no longer repairs them. It’s not worth it.

I’m 5’ and have asked tall people for help (so far, nary a complaint). I try my best to reach items but sometimes, even on my tippy top tiptoes, I come up short. 🙃
The struggle is real.

Thank you!! I’ve heard great things about Slow Horses.
On the topic of movies, I recently watched two films that were new to me: Bunny Lake Is Missing and Sunday Bloody Sunday.

Many moons ago I worked at a cafe two blocks from the Chicago Cultural Center. Sometimes I would go and look at those domes on my lunch break. Love that building.
