How to play the mongols in civ 7: - Let other people build wonders for you - Let other people make cities for you - Let other people found religions for you - Let other people research technologies for you then TAKE IT ALL!

Mirror doubled my fish hook then everything I wanted to get cursed did, super easy diff 5.

The splash art for the Hades 2 Warsong update goes hard. The blood on Zorephet/Ares's hand is perfect. The new arcana cards look great too, I love that they're all characters from the game now. Great work @supergiantgames.bsky.social !

Beginner's Guide for moonstone island out now -- Yes I know this is a bit late. Also I tried something new here! I wanted to cover a few extra things like the temple progression so I rolled it into one big video with timestamps. youtu.be/fTI1zLUfD7w

I really needed to focus on my econ in the ancient age more this is op.

I have relapsed.

I noticed a spike in views on my monster train videos, so I looked into it... They're making a Monster Train 2!! Hyped for this.

The year is 2025, reply all is still hilarious. No, I will not elaborate further.

Twitch has gone too far, and must be stopped.

Dragonkin: The Banished Demo Impressions out now; - The prologue was bad. - I don't like that you start with L35 premades thus don't experience progression. - Feels very D3, but with a lot of unnecessary stats/complexity. youtu.be/L7K3EVljlrg

I've been keeping my shilling to the other, worse, place but if this is useful: youtu.be/0mkVfdbVAZE

I don't get why a demo/tutorial would start someone at max level with insane power. This doesn't showcase the game well and it makes me feel like the developers are insecure in their product and need to drop shinies in the path of the player.

Trying Dragonkin: The Banished demo, thoughts coming soon in a video.

Update - I just wanted to play a couple turns of Civ while the demo downloaded... almost an hour has passed. This is a problem.

New ARPG demo - is it any good?

I'm about 40 hours into Civ 7 now and I'm now getting comfortable winning on Sovereign. The AI cheats less, but man the UI is a major enemy.

It took a while, but my review for Eternal Strands is done! I thoroughly enjoyed the storytelling & boss encounters. youtu.be/UnWfYX9t_AU

It's finally here! Apparently I had 426 T15s hoarded.

Recently I've been enjoying doing game reviews, if you've watched my content for awhile - or if you've enjoyed any of my recent reviews... Is there anything you want to see me review? Reply with your suggestions!

AI Limit & First Berserker: Khazan both release the same day, Mar 27. Which one will I play? Well in true Souls fashion the games should battle to the death and I'll play the winner.

Working on my review for Eternal Strands (coming soon to my second channel). This has been the most work I've put into a review to date, hopefully, it pays off! I wanted to really deep dive on the game and it's elements/systems, highlighting what I enjoyed & what bugged me. WIP Thumbnail below:

I cannot tell of Tides of Annihilation is going to be another out-of-nowhere hit like Black Myth Wukong, or just a bunch of pretty graphics & sex appeal with no substance. But after playing through Eternal Strands I'm itching for more colossus-likes so I hope they nail the giant monster combat.

When I hear people say they want a 100+ hour game or it's not worth their money, no wonder so many games end up overly bloated with tons of "busy work" content, or some sort of pseudo-live service bastardization with "infinite replayability" and waste-of-time "endgame activities."

If you've been playing Civ 7 what do you think of the new commander/army system?

Having independent powers be both city states and barbarians in Civ 7 is great. You can even ally with the hostile ones to turn their aggression to your own benefit!

The escape key does not work for a frightening number of things in Civ 7.

Rolled credits on Eternal Strands. Some of my thoughts have definitely changed from my early impressions, but I enjoyed the experience and I'm looking forward to seeing what Yellow Brick Games does in the future.

Just 2 weeks until the next Steam Next Fest. I've enjoyed these as it's a great opportunity to try new stuff and go outside my comfort zone. In the past I've put some first impressions up on my second channel. This time I think I'll do 1 wrap-up, and maybe 1-2 really big standout titles.

10/10

Moonstone Island review out now on my second channel! youtu.be/QRdWn9KjCxI

Finally got my list of installed games to play/replay/etc under 30! I count this as progress on my backlog, even if I keep adding new ones every month.

The one true religion, crab.

Early thoughts on Civ 7: - UI is needlessly confusing. - Liking the districts/city growth - New Diplomacy is good - Hot take: I like ages but I wish your cities automatically renamed when your civ changed. - OST is a banger. - Narration good. - Wonder animations meh.

This is why I like seeing indie publishers like Pocketpair Publishing, @innersloth.com and @hoodedhorse.bsky.social

Going over my notes on Eternal Strands to organize my thoughts on the early game... What the hell was I thinking when I wrote; "power word: Yeet" as my only notes for 20 minutes of gameplay!?

Remember kids, always cook your rocks before harvesting! (this is one of the coolest environmental things I've found in Eternal Strands so far)

Civ VII thoughts soon!
