I can only keep up with new movies, tv, music, or books any given year. 2024 was the year of listening to new albums when they dropped and otherwise watching repeat reality tv and reading books that came out in 2007.

I am so happy for the people that can just stop reading a book, but I am not one of them. DNF is not in my blood. I will stop reading for 6 months and inevitably pick up the terrible book because I want to get to the next book on my TBR. It’s not a good system, but here we are. #Booksky

Things I miss about old #Survivor: - 39 days - hidden immunity idols that are just idols - 2 starting tribes - loved ones visit - merge feast for everyone - long endurance challenges - reading of the votes months later and getting to hear from everyone once they’ve had time to process.

Kamala ran a much better campaign than anyone would have expected. If we would have had an open primary, she wouldn’t have gotten that chance, and I don’t think she’ll get the chance again. Would love to see her as Governor of CA though.
