I wrote terrible poetry as a teenager with strict parents in early 2000s south Texas. I’d write them out by hand with a pen on a spiral notebook. When I had my final draft, I’d type it out on Miscrosoft Word, find a “fun” font like Chiller or Papyrus, and print it on an inkjet printer.
