Why are our government officials not speaking up and doing anything about these blatantly illegal activities? Why isn't the media rousing the people? No one is coming to save us.... it's too late. So tomorrow, I go figure out how to buy and use a handgun to have for my own personal protection.

I am the pinnacle of good health this morning. Sour Punch pickle roulette bites for breakfast.... leftover fries for lunch. (Dinner will be a salad and water ... I think.) In my defense, I am working.

My coping mechanism today was to play with MPC Beats all day. Got the start of a new song and finished one. (And I am nowhere near a musician, but it's still fun and exercises a different area of the brain, so I'm okay with that.)

I cannot imagine having to be worried about this. I'm lucky. The next 4 years will be miserable for many of us, but at least I know leaving the US for me would be a voluntary choice. Resharing in case helpful for anyone else.

What are people's thoughts about paid news? I know news outlets have to pay employees. I also believe access to fair news should not depend on socioeconomic status. Are there truly still free news sources? Reuters is about the only one I am willing to pay for. What else is out there?

This spicy little white queen started her life out in a warehouse, five weeks old and hissing at strangers. In a better home now and can have her sweet moments, but still pretty spicy ... if she had her way, all the other animals in the house would disappear
