Our plane has boarded and they had shut the doors, they were just starting prep for leaving the gate. Thankfully, it's the only way they could let's us back into the airport. Still planes stuck on tarmac

We should be snowed in too. I've shovelled 3 times already. We've had more than 30 cm here (12") for sure.

And they don't care to know, they will be the first to starve if anything goes wrong.

I agree with the disability thing, for sure. The amount more they charge though. I can cut a whole chicken into pieces in 8 moves. you can bone it completely in another 8. Takes a little bit of practice, it's not like we don't have years to learn.

I think one of the shittiest things we ever did in food was convince people to pay such high prices for so little work.

Same reason they say it to me, show a picture and I get, wow, she married you... brutal.

Amazing, good for you to find the way. Books can change the world.

As I matured my love of Vampires has no bounds, reality, myth, legend, story, anything I can get my hands on I will read at abandon and consume it like my life depended on it.

me too, I was a kid. The whole distopian collapse of society was real, we were taught it in school, terrible things were on the horrizon. I have been intrigued by books like this since I first read it.
His Salems lot scared me so bad it caused actual health issues for me as a child.

There are books of his I absolutely love, to be fair. The stand I've probably read a dozen times. The long walk, probably 30-40 times, a lot of the bachman books.

One of the few books I enjoyed by him. Maybe I will reread it.

Thank you, as soon as I put it with the rest of my salts I knew I had to make more. It looks really good, we have a big maple cutting board in the middle of an island, and this on top of it looks fantastic

I might make a version that has a lid like that, but uses a pin that can be removed. I know they look good, I just believe most of the lids will break.

I've considered it, I came to the realization will get broken, then lost. I think I am going to turn a lid that fits on with gravity. Snug, but not too snug. In my kitchen the lid would never get used, and would just get in the way. My dining room table though, looks matter

Do you have a lathe, or plan on getting one? I absolutely enjoy the time on my lathe, even the shit I mess up. Sure I get angry, but it's always a good lesson.

I saw that too, I want to experiment with a couple different recipes. You can mix up surprisingly better compounds at home, that include vitamin e which will help protect the wood from sun.

Exactly. I am trying to order less from Amazon. So gathering all the woodworking sources I can. The biggest issue, they all require huge mins for shipping purposes and few of them are close. Amazon has already killed off much of the Canadian suppliers in this industry. Leases have killed the rest.

I haven't checked, but I am pretty sure it will. Carnauba Wax is hard and needs a softener (mineral oil) melted into it to make it spreadable. But car Carnauba wax will most likely have UV protectants in it etc.

I would be surprised if they larger couscous wasn't whole grain as well. It's referred to as Israeli Couscous or Pearl Couscous. I love that one, has a very tapioca mouthfeel (larger balls)

I hate small grain couscous, terrible mouth feel. Large couscous is amazing.

I wish my ADHD addled brain could think like that, but it doesn't. I was successful in pulling myself out of my spiral though. I was able to clean, and actually make a couple of things.
