Tomorrow, February 28, let’s disrupt the status quo by spending ONLY at businesses that uplift our communities. That means: 🚫 No gas from corporate giants 🚫 No fast food chains 🚫 No big-box retailers (Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc.)

Staring at something I need to do — KNOWING I need to do it and maybe even WANTING to do it — for hours and still not doing it? That's not a choice. It’s like my brain locked the “start” button in a vault, and the combination is hidden somewhere in the task I need to do. Always a catch 22.
