Had a full health check yesterday. ✅ to blood pressure ✅ to cholesterol ✅ to iron levels The most surprising thing? I’m 2 inches shorter than I thought I was this whole time 😮 Anyhoo, I’m off to York Parkrun to try and see if it’ll make me any taller.
