As mentioned in my comment, these rules come off as incredibly classist and ableist. There's a line to be drawn, but this is going WAY overkill. Banning poodling and placing harsh constraints on partial suiters is gonna make this parade a "look at all the rich furries" gawk fest.

@anthrocon.org While I understand the goal is to streamline the #fursuit parade, this is NOT the way to go about it. This policy is ableist, sexist, and classist. Some people cannot regulate their body temperature or must maintain certain temperatures due to a disability. Poodling is a lifeline.
