Mikel Arteta described himself as “very angry” as Arsenal slipped to a 1-0 home defeat to West Ham to leave their title hopes hanging by a thread. Is he the man to deliver a first top flight title since 2004? 🔗 www.nytimes.com/athletic/615...

Arsenal’s 15-game unbeaten Premier League run came to an end as West Ham thwarted their attempt to reduce the gap at the top of the table. Today represented a chance for Arsenal to increase the pressure on Liverpool, but they could not capitalise. 🔗 www.nytimes.com/athletic/615...

Brighton & Hove Albion thumped bottom club Southampton 4-0 at St. Mary's. Brighton are unbeaten in all seven of their Premier League away games against Southampton, who have themselves lost each of their last eight Premier League home games.

Crystal Palace won their fourth successive Premier League away game with another 2-0 win - this time against Fulham at Craven Cottage. Goals from Joachim Andersen and Daniel Munoz meant Oliver Glasner's side have won four in a row for the first time on the road in the top-flight.

Spurs beat Ipswich Town 4-1 to register their first win at Portman Road since August 1994. Kieran McKenna's side remain the only side without a win in the Premier League so far in 2025, drawing two and losing five - their longest run without a win at the start of a calendar year since 1990.

Matheus Cunha scored his 14th goal of the season as Vitor Pereira's side moved five points clear of the Premier League trapdoor. Wolves are unbeaten in all five of their Premier League away games against Bournemouth, who missed out on the chance to leapfrog Manchester City into the top four.

West Ham United deliver a hammer blow to Arsenal's title hopes. Jarrod Bowen's goal was the difference as Mikel Arteta's side were reduced to 10 men for the fifth time this season after Myles Lewis-Skelly was sent off. Arsenal now trail Liverpool at the top of the Premier League by eight points.

Arsenal are down to 10 men for the fifth time this season. Myles Lewis-Skelly was perhaps unfortunate to be sent off against Wolves, but following a VAR intervention, he is given his marching orders again for denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity after Mohammed Kudus caught him in possession.

Brighton are unbeaten in all six of their Premier League away games against Southampton - and they look set to make it seven. Goals from Joao Pedro and Georginio Rutter mean Southampton look destined to lose their last eight Premier League home games.

West Ham United won at the Emirates Stadium last season and they lead Arsenal again. Aaron Wan-Bissaka stands up a cross and Jarrod Bowen heads home to put the visitors ahead.

GOAL! Joachim Andersen? (OG) 1-0 Palace but claimed by Lacroix regardless Hughes' corner is sort of scrambled in from close range. Andersen furious, says Sarr pushed him in the back - not sure that's true Haven't seen a good enough replay to be clear on who actually got the last touch #CPFC

Matheus Cunha scores for the fourth successive game to register his 14th goal of the season and put Wolves in front against 10-man Bournemouth. Illia Zabarnyi, who has played every minute for Bournemouth this season, was earlier sent off after the Ukrainian defender's challenge on Rayan Ait-Nouri.

Brennan Johnson's double has put Tottenham Hotspur in command against Ipswich Town at Portman Road. No side has won fewer games (one) or scored fewer goals (nine) at home in the Premier League this season than Kieran McKenna's side.

Manchester United survive a late penalty shout after referee Andrew Madley changed his mind after being sent to the monitor by the VAR. Goals from Bruno Fernandes & Manuel Ugarte's first for the club saw Ruben Amorim's side fight back from 2-0 down at Goodison Park to earn a point against Everton.

Everton were denied a stoppage time penalty at Goodison Park after Ashley Young was upended by a combination of Matthijs de Ligt and Harry Maguire. Referee Andrew Madley originally awarded a penalty, but after an intervention from the VAR, he was sent to the screen and changed his mind.

Portugal and England begin their Nations League campaigns with a 1-1 draw. Alessia Russo's first half strike was cancelled out by Kike Nazareth's fine effort in the 75th minute.

Some Leicester City fans aren't sticking around for the second half against Brentford. Can Ruud van Nistelrooy's side rally or will Thomas Frank's men make an ugly night even uglier for their hosts?

Four shots, three goals for Brentford, who are punishing a dreadful Leicester City. Christian Norgaard's header from a free-kick gives Thomas Frank's side a 3-0 lead. Ruud van Nistelrooy's team are all over the place.
