Absolutely the fuck not. Not while the Republican Party is in power, and probably not until they've been out of power for a few years. Even as part of the safest demographic I wouldn't feel safe, and hell if I'm contributing to their economy.

There's plenty of pale alcoholic ciders. Look at strongbow dry ferinstance.

Annoyingly after 50 years, I've discovered there are beers I actually like, so on the very rare occasions I drink at all, I'm stuck exploring those now

Cider outside of the US is alcoholic. If it's non-alcoholic, we just call it apple juice. This is just a regional-dialect thing. Perhaps they're considering it for export, or perhaps they figure non-Americans might be avoiding it.

I am massively, militantly pro-choice, but I'm not sure that statement can stand completely unqualified. Consider for instance infant genital mutilation. (by which I obviously do *not* mean gender-affirming care) Should doctors have a right to refuse that?

It's non-ionizing so no cumulative effect. if your corneas haven't cooked like a fried egg, you're good.

All those people are going to be driven into poverty and homelessness just by walking (or getting wheeled) in the door. Even if they have *very expensive* insurance, they're still getting stiffed for tens of thousands.

I know parents like that, who heap ever-increasing misery on their children for 'misbehaving', instead of giving them the support, skills and resources they need (including a space where they can safely fail) in order to learn to manage their own emotions and actions appropriately.

The idea that sufficient disincentive will let people just tunnel through all socieconomic barriers and problems in their personal lives, to reach not just socially-acceptable conformity but a place sufficiently far above the *deliberately-inflicted* poverty created to control the labour market.

The gun control bit was great, but he rapidly showed his colours as just another unpleasant dickhead. Same with Isaac Butterfield. He had one or two bits that were genuinely funny, but he just latched onto the idea that being a piece of shit was what made things funny, and ran with that.
