Anthem denied 2 of my Rxs because the pharmacy filled them before I brought in my ID card. They're demanding prior-auth for the 3rd Rx, so now I have to jump through flaming hoops to refill a med I've been taking for 2 years. Left the pharmacy with no medication. Someone please get me out of here.
