Some 28mm cowboys from Wargames Foundry arrived today. I’m looking forward to painting something larger than 15mm for a change - I’m sure my eyes will appreciate the break. 😂

Giving Gettysburg another airing this evening. Shaara’s ’Killer Angels’ is a great read IMHO.

Remains of the Cold War Royal Observer Corps underground bunker and Orlit A observation post. Operational from 1962-68. Nearby a Spigot Mortar, part of the defences of the WW2 Emergency Coastal Battery that once stood nearby but has been lost to coastal erosion. #Coldwar #ww2
