Miss a parcel I don’t know is coming. Tracking isn’t accepted by the PARCELFORCE site. Arrange redelivery anyway. They call on a hidden number- I don’t answer. They advise me to call re the tracking number. Can you talk to a fucking human on that number? No you cannot. What the fuck.
