Tiger Balsam ist das einzige, was mir hilft. Bekommt man in jeder Apotheke. Fair Warning tho: Nach dem Einreiben SUPER gut die Hände waschen, oder die verspannte Schulter ist dein geringstes Problem, wenn du dir aus Versehen ins Auge fasst 😅
