Found out that I'm sole "owner" of the house I live in. If anyone wants to put in an offer before I start talking to a real estate agent, I'm all ears. 2 bed, 2 bath, car port fits 2-3 cars in a tight fit. Sound resistant booth built in.

I find it cute when fam is all like "what're you doing to meet new people?" I don't. I actively avoid people. Any in person social interaction that hasn't been grand fathered in from "the before times" gets the quickest rejection possible. Either that or it's a transaction for goods and services.
