Credit to DC for the show of faith in putting out a Poison Ivy book that just hit 28 issues- no small feat in today's volatile marketplace. The fact that over 20 of those issues have had the same creative team- G. Willow Wilson & Marcio Takara with the occasional guest artist can't have hurt either

I'm not surprised as I've enjoyed Brombal's work on Black Hammer books as well as House of Slaughter but these first 2 issues of Batgirl exceeded even those expectations. Miyazawa on art and Spicer on colors doesn't hurt either. 🤷🏻‍♂️ If there were any holdouts who were still pining for her 1st, go now.
