I cannot recommend Man On the Inside enough. It's charming, funny, and lovable, but also packs a huge wallop with a melancholy & heart wrenching undertow that pulls you in stronger than all the other elements combined. It has the emotional resonance most other stories wish they had. 10/10 no notes.

We need to normalize treating our #TTRPG PCs and NPCs like TV show characters, especially the NPCs since the PCs get 90% of the love. I write and read little NPC vignettes at the beginning of my #Riffrunners games to drop the players into the game and catch up with Steve from Ep. 2 or whatever.
