I read data about how white people are more likely to receive bystander CPR than Black people. That means that many people who saw a Black person dying on the street would just let it happen. But, if the person in need were white, they'd stop and offer potentially life-saving help. Sit with that.

I loved the Capt America movie. The imagery hits hard right now (trying not to spoiler this post). I wonder if some the folks that didn't like it watched Falcon & The Winter Soldier. You really kinda need to watch that series to get the full impact of the movie.

Measles has a 12% mortality rate in unvaccinated young children. Children cannot be vaccinated until they are at least 12 months old. And if infants need to be kept home and out of daycare to avoid potentially fatal measles outbreaks... Guess who that removes from the workforce. (Women.)
