Enjoying the small things in a forest of giant redwoods is rewarding too!

Yup. So will history.

@50501movement.bsky.social I’ve heard there’s another 50501 protest on Presidents’ Day, 17 Feb 2025. Is this true?

Ever run through wooded areas and smell Pepe Le Pew? Made sure to run through quickly!!

Clear skies, green hills, and the perfect temperature (58’F) for after work trail run today. #trailrun

Nature’s bridge!!

Stanislaus Peak October 2024

Places to avoid spending your money.

Yup.

Womp, womp.

Of course this happened.

Always will be Denali! The indigenous people gave names to places long before europeans showed up, killed off most of them and stole the land from the rest of them. I will always respect and support their ways. #denali

Got to play with light in the forest today!

Meet my trail friend. I’m calling him smiley coyote. He ran away after checking me out. But he sure got close! #naturephotography

It feels like we’ve been fighting so long. We can’t stop yet, no matter how tired we are. Happy MLK day.

Best place on earth, the redwood forests!

True story! 😃

I always enjoy the hellscape of the CA Coast. #californialove

My survival strategy for surviving the dump-n-douche administration: spend as much time in nature as I can. Camping gear is always ready to go, foraging books included.

Kidnapped my friend’s dog to take on a hike the other day. He chose to sit down and watch the grass puppies.

Being close enough to hear the antlers rubbing together as these males play was awesome!

A few pics from a sunrise hike to Tamales Point yesterday. Going early means the animals aren’t hiding yet 😉
