Do the graphics in TPS look objectively better than BL2? Here's Overlook from TPS Claptastic Voyage DLC vs BL2. Both have mostly maxed settings and similar time of day. Colors pop more and there's slightly more comic book style black outlines/detail lines. Thoughts? Placebo?
