Thinking some more about the Hodge judgement and 'immutable binary biological sex'. Clearly at the time of Corbett vs. Corbett part of Ormerod's judgement against April Ashley was based on that. She was referred to as 'an accomplished female impersonator' for example and her marriage as voidable.
