Low key one of the most romantic gifts my wife has ever got me. Our first kiss happened while we were watching the original Scream. #valentinesday

We have an Early Access post for our d6+ patrons. Check out the Setting Rules for Fey in LA from Savage Worlds & the Super Powers Companion (with a few tweaks) and the rules for the Facade, the glamour keeping the mundane from seeing the supernatural. www.patreon.com/posts/early-...

Savage Worlds. Largely fuels my gaming hobby.

If you've ever wanted to watch me GM a thing, well, that's an option at long last. youtu.be/XMAJGkEsjfs?... If you'd much rather read me blather about having GMed a thing, that's apparently available, too: rolltop-indigo.blogspot.com/2025/02/sant...

I have spent the last 10 years working very hard in a job that I love that the current political climate is very much threatening, and I'm deeply frustrated at looking at the available job market NOW and how much worse the options are, much less when the market is flooded with former contractors.

New LOST dropped!

Does it count if I own it already? I still have an intact complete set of the Marvel SAGA RPG...including the Fate Deck with the 4 promo cards. There's not any other individual thing I'm dying to get in that sense, really.

Hey @darrenwpearce.bsky.social, you were right: Alan Wake II is a masterpiece. I'm still not through, so no spoilers, but damn this game HITS in a way few I've EVER played have.

Haven't gamed in four months, but I'm going to be playing in an Outgunned: World of Killers game, playing Ronin Noir, a masterless Samurai known by a hundred whispered names across the world, helping a mobster's daughter caught in a war between the mob, the yakuza, and the feds.

#WhatIveBeenReading: "Anything For Billy" was my first book by Larry McMurtry. I read a great book on Billy's legend last year and this was an interesting fictionalized account, implied to be the "real" story. McMurtry's story felt steeped in legend, with larger than life characters, 1/?

#WhatIveBeenReading: The original Halloween is my favorite horror movie of all time, but I do quite like Halloween 2, despite John Carpenter's disdain for it. That said, I disliked the Halloween novel, which expanded the story in all the wrong ways. It made me nervous about reading Halloween 2 1/?

Since Facebook's search function is working properly again on the "WhatIveBeenReading" hashtag, I'm going to start porting all of my little minireviews from there to over here in advance of killing my Facebook account once and for all.
