I've worn a particular Pikmin tee quite a few times since I first bought it, and almost no one has ever responded to it in public. In the last week, though, two different people on two different days have seen it and exclaimed, "Hey, a Pikmin shirt!" Made me so damn happy :D

Fell down a Fiona Apple rabbit hole early in the week and still haven't returned to the surface. Feels like I'm in college again.

My answer here is beating either Kid Icarus or Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA) for the first time. Battling Medusa's giant noggin was both terrifying and thrilling for young me. And SMB2's final tussle was just so... wonderfully alien. The dreamy credit roll made the whole thing even more memorable.

It just struck me that something that would make me buy a Switch 2 earlier than originally planned would be Nintendo adding the GC version of Animal Crossing to NSO. Because, honestly, that's the only AC I want to play anymore, and being able to play it portably would be *chef's kiss* 💋💋

Perhaps strangely, all of the new info on Switch 2 has me contemplating *finally* getting an OLED Switch 1 sometime this year. I wonder if I should do so sooner rather than later, though. Anyone think Nintendo might discontinue the OLED?

In more positive news, I am *absolutely* thrilled Deltarune Chapters 3 and 4 will be hitting every system under the sun -- including OG Switch -- on June 5 :D

Hmmm, I'm still processing that Nintendo Switch 2 Direct from earlier today. My initial impressions are quite mixed. EX: some nice additions on the hardware side, loved seeing new DK and Kirby Air Ride games + a few cool third-party ones, game prices seem WTF to me. Oh, and the new cases are ugly.
