That was a solid Mistborn book. I do have to say, I liked Era 1 more. The call-backs are nice and the jokes are solid, but Era 1 was just… an experience that can’t be replicated. Overall tho, I do like Era 2. Wax and Wayne have great chemistry. Steris is adorable and Marasi is cool! #booksky 📚🪐

God damnit all to hell. I hate it when I end up liking a Dune book. The Butlerian Jihad is a solid space opera. I have to give it props. It’s entirely different from all the other ones by Brian and Kevin. If they took out all the Dune stuff it would still be good. Ugh 😑 #booksky 🪐📚

God damn. The Xenogenisis Series starts off with a fucking bang. I LOVED this one. Hard sci-fi, aliens hijacking humanity to save us from ourselves after nuclear apocalypse. I can’t get enough of #OctaviaButler and her storytelling. I think so much about her books after I’m done with them. 💙📚 🪐📚
