#TodayInQueerHistory Feb 18 (1895) Raging at his son's relationship with Oscar Wilde, the Marquess of Queensbury leaves his calling card for Wilde at The Albemarle Club, it says "For Oscar Wilde, posing somdomite [sic]". Wilde sued for libel, but the evidence lead to his gross indecency trial.
