It had three things: 1) stop gap 2) disaster relief 3) money for farmers. If this is what those 30+ republicans refused to agree to, what would they possibly be willing to agree with Democrats on?

You could just email AILA. They’ll tell you.

To be fair, the Constitution is silent on whether the speaker can be a non-member of Congress. Would it be a terrible idea? Yes. Did the founders ever contemplate that the House would choose a non-member? Almost certainly not.

But…they haven’t been elected…
I hate that I live in the same state as this idiot.

I’ve made my terms for providing my bar ID(s). Your MRI head scan proving no holes in your brain for my ID.

I’m sorry, ma’am. I need proof of that. Your MRI scan for my bar number.

Then what’s the point of calling your “contact” at the FBI? 🤣🤣🤣
comment in response to

Out of all the times I’ve sued the federal government, including the FBI, I’ve never lost. They (smartly) always settle, to avoid EAJA fees.
comment in response to

🤣🤣🤣. MRI scan to prove you have a brain.

Karen here thinks she’s going to get someone in the FBI to charge Briana Boston with a federal crime 🤣🤣🤣
comment in response to

In fact, I do. I’ve sued the FBI about 50 times :)

Is that your expert legal analysis, Karen? 🤣🤣🤣
comment in response to

836.05 DOESNT APPLY. If it did she would have been charged under it.
That said, if she WERE charged under 836.05, there are several avenues of defense. Malice, being the first defense. Second, threat to injury of a person. The “threat” in question was non-specific and ambiguous.
836.05

I don’t need to show you anything. Won’t show you my name or bar number(s) (I am licensed in two states) because you are exactly the type of person who would retaliate over losing an argument on the internet.
Just admit you were wrong, Karen, and I’ll be on my way.

Oh wow. I can’t believe you can vote.

I’m still here waiting for an intelligible response, Karen.

🤣🤣🤣 yeah so a Karen can report me to the bar for refuting her terrible legal analysis. Sure.

Read that section very slowly again. Hopefully it’ll make it to your sole working brain cell on this go around.

🤣🤣🤣 if you read 836.05, you certainly didn’t understand it.
