It’s OK to buy games at launch. It’s OK to buy games on sale. It’s OK to play games via a subscription service. It’s OK to borrow games from your friends. It’s not OK to shame others for how they access gaming. Financial situations are different for everyone. Be kind about it.

Platinum 54/55: Sonic Frontiers (PS4/PS5 versions) SF was a decent Sonic game. Open world format worked well enough and the classic style levels were a treat. That said some awful camera angles, jank and technical hiccups held it back. Oh and the voice acting. Yikes.

53rd Platinum: Marvel Rivals I can’t believe I was able to acquire this platinum trophy but BOOM here we go. Just goes to show this old man has some fight in him just yet. Marvel Rivals reminded how much of a blast a PvP game can be when it’s made with fun as the focus.

Passed the 100+ wins mark in Marvel Rivals and loving every minute. 105 wins out of 180 matches so a 58% win rate. Not the best but not horrible? Either way man did NetEase absolutely crush this game in every way.

New collectible! Young bloods may not be familiar with Janemba from Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn but it was one of my favorite movies from the olden days. Saw this at a good price and used the final part of my belated Xmas budget for it ☺️🤘
