Totally blew some students' minds last week with the fact that Bluetooth was named after King Harald Bluetooth who united the tribes of Denmark into a single kingdom (bc Bluetooth technology connects devices) AND the Bluetooth symbol is a bind rune that combines his initials, H (ᚼ) and B (ᛒ).

The #SNL50 concert last night ruled and basically recapped my formative years. Nirvana, The Fugees, David Byrne, Lonely Island, BSB, St. Vincent, Lady Gaga, Devo, and Bad Bunny were great. Jelly Roll, Jimmy Fallon, and Arcade Fire can go walk off a pier though.

Just found out that The Pairing in The Crossroads in downtown KC is closing. Really sucks. Great wine bar that I was hoping would get a bump from Green Dirt on Oak opening down the road, and it hosted some wonderful events over the years.
