I’m losing so much sleep lately because of my elderly neighbor. She has 2-3 dogs and always plays with them under her carport, right next to my window. Even with earplugs in, she wakes up me Every day either at 6 pm or 6:30 pm.. and it’s been driving me insane.

Shingles. Bell Palsy. Facial paralysis. Not exactly how I envisioned my 2025 to start, but here we are, 3 weeks into it. Been on all kinds of meds, with no progress.. and have a hearing test & MRI coming up. Somebody hit the fucking reset button already 😕

This time off from work has done wonders for my lower back and my legs. I also have a hernia in my groin to top it all off, but even that hasn’t been giving me any pain. I only work another 3 weeks before I take an even longer vacation in January. I so needed this.
