Today is the anniversary of the 2018 Blow and Snow. The anemometer at Eldred broke during a 103 mph gust followed by a 36" snowstorm. Tuesday late some snow showers that change to rain Wednesday with a high of 50°. Showers continue into Thursday then sun returns Friday. Ice jams possible Thusday.

🔮 says the Delaware ices out by 6am Thursday... up to 2" of rain possible Wednesday to Thursday with temps around 50°. Frozen culverts, drains and ditches will create minor, localized flooding. I'll update FB @ 4:20 with details.
