The food science behind MSG is not debatable. There have been numerous wide and repeated studies. MSG is a naturally occurring compound, which we have tastebuds specifically to sense. If you can eat aged cheese, tomatoes, or bacon (among many other foods), you can eat MSG (some do have reactions).

As a PSA...unless you're in the process of doing a big financial thing, you should leave a freeze on your accounts at the big 3 credit bureaus. It's free, provides a bit of additional protection and can be turned off easily when a legit credit check is needed.
