And forgetting, likewise, is For Getting.
If we do not remember and learn, we get the lesson again.

forgiveness is For Giving. We forgive so we can continue to give to the world.

There’s no fruitful conversation with the Republicans and Trump.
Every disillusioned maga citizen is an opportunity, maybe an exponential one, they will be able to persuade (wake up) their former comrades fairly easily.
FAFO & gloating disheartens me. I didn’t see you do that - i’m just sensitive

Are the farmers and walmart cashiers and small business owners who have been caught in the shitslide of MAGA propaganda our opponents?

#ProxyPOTUS Elmo Musk & precocious 4 yr-old son outdid Dr. Evil & Mini Me of “Austin Powers” fame, offering da FUNNIEST satire of da century:
The Musk toddler can be HEARD telling Orange Meat Puppet Donny Trump to “shush” repeatedly & taunts him, “You’re not the President, you need to go away‼️” 🤣😂😝

When prohibition ended, methanol abuse became rare. Were the war on drugs to end, fentanyl abuse would probably not evaporate in the same way.

Well, both wood alcohol & fentanyl were available before they started killing addicts, but prohibition methanol was a 1:1 substitute for ETOH while fentanyl is 100:1 potency swap over morphine.
The potency differential implies multiple motivations for its use beyond scarcity (prohibition)

My brother, I see you. Thank you for the good work you have done.
Thank you for seeing me too.

I was responding to the original supposition that the war on drugs created the addiction problem.
I spent 25 years working directly with addicts, listening carefully, and helping many into recovery. I also wrote curriculum about addiction and the mechanisms of addiction.

Many American responses to addiction exacerbate the suffering. Ironically, many of my clients came to fentanyl as they tried to break through the opiate muting of injectable buprenorphine.

Fentanyl use, say, during hospice is not a problem. The American “fentanyl problem” IS an American addiction problem.

maybe a teeny tiny clue…
Ancestrial trauma is many things such as hx of addiction, family dysfunction…
personal trauma can be psychological, spiritual or physical (physical injury leading to unwise opiate exposure especially during the perdue pharma era)

Ancestral and personal trauma are the CAUSE of addiction. Addiction is the CAUSE of the fentanyl problem.
Prohibition and the drug war can EXACERBATE the suffering of addiction, but so can codependency or methadone, buprenorphine, & suboxone.
Poor sense-making creates poor solutions.

I came to blue sky immediately in the hope that impeachment was trending. But I guess the coup is just prepping its rabid pack for action.

Yeah. The true enemies of America are unlikely to wait like proper gentleman until America finishes its seizure.

That is horrific. I hope nothing like that ever happens again.
But darkness is emboldened right now and others may experience similar things. We will stop being stunned and together we will learn effective responses.

it takes 1000 little shocks to realize someone is gone. Our pets die in every room they lived in and those thousand shocks come hard and fast.
I’m sorry for your loss

Only people who have 🩵 set to warn on the skywatch (see link) see the banner. But some good skeets are getting caught up.
I had some extra time today to let people know…I have managed to not be in any starter packs but I do what I can, bird by bird.

That is possible. 🤷♀️
Check out link to the skywatch list on my earlier reply. 🙂 It explains that the blue heart is on a warn list. I’m surprised your older post still show banners, but I hope your new ones will be OK.

Good. Let the idiots believe that Trump and not bird flu is why eggs are even more expensive. Then we can more easily turn each one of those armed maggots against their hive overlord. If we can refrain from gloating, compassion has never been more strategic or useful.

I don’t know how many people have the 🩵 warning turned on, but if it was on my profile accidentally, I’d want to know so…
PS I like your posts

that’s a thing too. But I think the Skywatch banner is an automated system that looks for certain cues in profiles. Subscribers can choose ignore, warn or block for things like MAGA or slurs (or 🩵s).
I’m finding that most 🩵 people are not actually BDSM, but innocently put the emoji in.
