Life hack: Whenever I have work or school or anything I feel like I have to perform to some arbitrary standard, I always get a nemesis. A class nemesis or a colleague, someone who seems like they know what’s what but also annoys me for some reason. Then all my effort can be poured into BEATING them.

Fondly recalling when I was a teenager and had one lock of hair dyed blue. And old people would approach me from the other side and talk to me (I have a face all grandparents love) and I’d turn to face them and they would just STOP. And that was the end of the convo. ☺️
