Nidal Badarneh was arrested yesterday. Where academics are stopped and interrogated, it’s no surprise that comedians and stand-up artists are arrested. Wouldn’t be surprised if journalists were next.

Extremely unsurprising and the reason I remain skeptical any deal will happen before Netanyahu leaves office (which probably won’t be for at least 2 years.) I don’t see what incentive Hamas has to accept a “temporary deal” that will bring them right back to where they are today.
