I have a couple of sunflower lanyards that I take with me pretty much everywhere (one blue and one green). I wore my green one at work as I have a hidden disability and it has medical cards in them for emergencies. I don't use it as an excuse but, sadly, other people don't always see it that way.

And in today's episode of 'I am such a klutz', here's my ankle today after going anus over boob on it yesterday. That's a round white piles cushion it's resting on top of, in case you're wondering. PS: It still hurts like Billy-O today. Nothing strong painkillers and a few cups of tea won't cure.
