I am disabled. But the DA/POLICE will have you believe that I was skilled enough to go into my home, point a shot gun at a place on the wall, to have one pellet from that weapon strike and attempt to murder a man intentionally. That is what murder 1 means. Never had a trial.

Everything I say can be verified even though the DA/COPS destroyed as much evidence as they could. Now my life is reduced to living in absolute uncertainty, with little chance I survive. To hear the truth means not taking the word of those who had enough power to take and hold innocent people.

I was put I prison for attempted murder 1, because a felon said I tried to kill him. No other reason. The DA and the police used all of their resources to try to convict me. But the felon was a violent snitch who rented my home and refused to leave, despite what the State of PA said. 14 months.
